About us: your commercial technology partner for FMCG
CollMind Teknoloji A.Ş. was founded by an experienced team that knows FMCG from the inside. We deliver the solutions and services FMCG companies need as one integrated offering, combining our own products with the solutions of carefully selected partners. We focus on three areas: TPM, SFA and Data & AI (incentive compensation management, business intelligence and artificial intelligence).
Our vision
To give FMCG companies connected solutions that are aligned with their commercial and go-to-market strategies, powered by advanced analytics, easy to use and seamlessly integrated with their existing systems.
The “Coll” in our name stands for collaboration. We work closely with our customers and act like part of their teams to understand business needs and to design the right processes, ownership models and ways of working together.

- CollMind products: CollMind TPM, Succentify and Coll. We run the whole project, from process design to implementation, training and support.
- SFA: our solution partner Repzone. Product, implementation and support sit with Repzone; positioning and integration with TPM and the data layer sit with CollMind.
- Business intelligence: data and business intelligence solutions on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Qlik, Alteryx and Azure.
- Separate business line: for enterprise software teams, we are the official Oobeya partner in Türkiye.
