CollMind product In pilot stage“The mind of FMCG is waking up.” Coll is the AI front door of the CollMind product family. It is not a reporting screen; it is the assistant a sales director talks to first thing in the morning. You ask in plain language, Coll answers from the data, tells you what has changed, recommends actions and plans the next period.
The challenge
Every morning, sales leaders search dozens of reports for answers to the same questions: Where are we against target, what has changed, where are the risks, what should we do today? The answer usually means combining several reports, taking up an analyst’s time and waiting through a cycle that lasts days.
Coll reverses that cycle: the leader asks the question in their own words, Coll reports what has changed and any new findings with every data load, and measures the outcome of the actions it recommends against new data.
Modules
Coll works through four capabilities, each designed around a sales leader’s daily rhythm.
Ask in plain language and get answers from the data, on desktop or mobile, in your own words.
With every data load, Coll tells you what has changed and what is new; it reaches you before you go looking.
It recommends actions and measures their outcome. Recommendations are recorded, and whether they were carried out is tracked with new data.
With target and planning agents it prepares the next month: it allocates the target and recommends ways to close the gap.
Coll at work
Coll works alongside the sales leader from target setting to daily field tracking; its forecasts feed baseline sales and the target.
Coll starts from the baseline, asks for your inflation and growth assumptions and allocates the target by brand and by channel/distributor; it recommends how to close the gap between target and baseline (distribution gains, promotions) and passes it to CollMind TPM as a draft.
The sales leader sees the day’s summary, risks and recommendations on their phone and asks questions in plain language.
Forecasts by customer and product, by day, week and month; the maximum achievable sales and the impact of KPIs such as visits on sales are calculated.
Market share scenarios are run with Nielsen, POS and macro data. Customer data is kept separate; the industry index is made up only of anonymous benchmarks.
Coll presents each recommendation with its reasoning; the final decision always rests with the user.
Integrations
AI is not a separate product; Coll works with the data of CollMind solutions and partner products.
On the roadmap: natural-language plan drafts and claim document reading. The TPM calculation engine produces the numbers; no plan is ever submitted without your approval.
Field data flows into Coll, together with suggested-order and shelf image recognition signals.
Incentive and performance questions are asked in plain language through Coll.
Ready-made FMCG reports and automatic executive reports with Gen AI.
How we work
Together we map the questions your sales leaders ask every day and their decision rhythm.
We connect ERP, SFA, distributor and reporting sources to a shared data layer.
We roll Coll out to a limited team and channel, and tune the questions and recommendations together.
We measure the outcomes of recommendations with new data and extend the scope accordingly.
Coll is the AI front door of the CollMind product family: an assistant that sales leaders question in plain language, that reports changes and new findings on its own, recommends actions and prepares the next period with target and planning agents.
Coll is currently in pilot stage. We agree the pilot scope and the data needed to start together during a discovery meeting.
